Ma Ying-jeou's client and former National Security Council Secretary-General Jin Pucong held a press conference today to explain that former Ma Ying-jeou Foundation CEO Xiao Xucen and Wang Guangci were suspected of violating financial discipline, and challenged a third-party investigation team headed by Li Dewei.
