When a woman surnamed Huang took the Taipei MRT this morning, because there were many people in the carriage, another male passenger surnamed Cai was talking on his mobile phone in the carriage. Huang thought the other man's voice was too loud and stepped forward to persuade her. The two sides had a quarrel. Later, the two collided when they got off the train at Ximen Station. Cai thought Huang was deliberately causing trouble and was so angry that he punched her. The corner of Huang's mouth was injured and there were bloodstains in the carriage. Although Huang will not press charges for the time being, the police will still punish Cai Yi for violating social order and maintaining law.

The police said that after Cai punched someone, he was stopped by Beijie security personnel and the police, and he was immediately taken back to the police station. The injured woman surnamed Huang was injured at the corner of her mouth and was fine after being sent to the hospital for treatment. However, she was unwilling to file a complaint for the time being, so the police punished Cai for violating Article 87 of the Social Order Maintenance Law by "increasing violence against others."
