State Duma deputy proposed creating an anonymous chat for psychological help for teenagers

Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes Kaplan Panesh considers it necessary to launch an anonymous chat with a real specialist to provide psychological assistance to teenagers.

According to Panesh, threats to teenagers go beyond school conflicts, and Ukrainian special services are actively attracting Russians, especially young people, through closed groups in instant messengers and social networks.

Panesh emphasized the importance of anonymity and security in such a system, as well as the need to train specialists to recognize signs of recruitment, fraudulent pressure and inducement to illegal actions.

MOSCOW, September 14 - RIA Novosti. An anonymous chat with a real specialist should be launched to provide psychological assistance to teenagers, says Kaplan Panesh, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes, member of the LDPR party.

“It is necessary to launch a unified federal digital platform for psychological assistance for children and adolescents, which would work in a format familiar to young people: an anonymous chat with a live specialist. Not a bot, not an answering machine, but a real psychologist with specialized education who responds within a few minutes,” Panesh told NEWS.ru.

According to him, threats to teenagers today go beyond school conflicts. According to the National Anti-Terrorism Committee, Ukrainian special services are actively attracting Russians, especially young people, through closed groups in instant messengers and social networks, the deputy emphasized.

“It is important to ensure anonymity and security. The child must know that his appeal will not lead to his parents being called to school or being registered... If a teenager is afraid that his words will be used against him, he will not write. A guarantee is needed: a specialist helps, but does not report, except in cases of direct threat to life. The second is the training of specialists on specific threats. A psychologist on such a line must be able to recognize signs of recruitment, fraudulent pressure, inducement to illegal actions,” Panesh added.
