Putin instructed to provide Russian scientists with access to software with AI technologies

Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the development of a mechanism for access to software using Russian AI technologies for scientists. RIA Novosti reports this.

The document was approved following a meeting of the Council for Science and Education. “The Government of the Russian Federation should develop a mechanism for providing scientific workers with access to software operating using Russian artificial intelligence technologies, identifying sources of financial support for such access,” the order says.
