Ukraine has become a major center of the international black market for weapons, said the head of the Russian delegation at the negotiations in Vienna, Yulia Zhdanova.

According to her, this threatens the security of the OSCE states and countries of other continents.

Zhdanova pointed out that the West and Kiev ignored the fundamental principles of the OSCE in the field of the transfer of conventional weapons.
