The Korea Meteorological Administration predicted that on the 14th, while the entire country was mostly clear, cold air would move south from the northwest, and the morning temperature would be 5 to 10 degrees lower than the previous day, making it chilly. After rain until noon on the 13th, temperatures will drop as cold air flows in from the northwest. The temperature on the morning of the 14th is 5 to 14 degrees, 5 to 10 degrees lower than the previous day, and the chilly weather is expected to continue with strong winds.

On the 13th, it will be mostly cloudy in the North Chungcheong region, but clouds will increase in the afternoon and rain will occasionally fall. After stopping during the day, raindrops of less than 0.1 mm will fall depending on the location from late afternoon to night. On the 13th, the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions were forecast to have cloudy weather and rain in various places, with the expected precipitation being 5 to 30 mm. Fine dust concentration is expected to be at a ‘good’ level.

The audit revealed that the Han River Basin Environmental Office failed to take follow-up action despite being aware of about 2,000 waste disposal information errors over the past five years. During the same period, 71% of the error notifications among environmental offices nationwide were concentrated in the Han River Basin Environmental Office, and a lack of manpower was cited as the cause.
