〔記者湯世名／彰化報導〕彰化基督教醫院前院長郭守仁被檢舉利用其職務的實質影響力，與其餘8名被告共謀設立人頭公司標得彰基醫院工程或採購案，再轉由其他廠商實際施作，藉此抽取不法利益等情，今天（9日）將郭守仁求處有期徒刑7年 並將犯罪所得予以查扣 ；彰基發聲明指出，針對彰檢公布本案偵查結果，彰基尊重司法程序，對於任何涉嫌損害醫院權益的行為，均以嚴肅態度面對。
