Rostec presented new attack drones S-71M and Dan-T at an exhibition in Egypt

The new S-71M “Monochrome” and “Dan-T” ammunition, which was presented at the El Alamein International Airshow 2026 in Egypt, are weapons of a new class. The features of the products were named by the industrial director of the arms, ammunition and special chemicals cluster of the Rostec state corporation Bekhan Ozdoev in an interview with RIA Novosti.

“This is actually a new class of weapons. We showed three new attack drones at once - S-71M, S-71K and Dan-T. They are designed to be launched from aircraft carriers. All three devices are distinguished by high flight speed, long range and low visibility,” he said.

Ozdoev said that Dan-T can be adapted for launch from various helicopters and aircraft. The device, which is also called a cruise missile, operates on a “fire and forget” principle. The product autonomously moves towards a given goal.
