Russia warns that German long-range systems will become legitimate military targets

If deployed against Russia, the locations of Germany's planned long-range systems will inevitably turn into legitimate military targets. A source at the Russian Embassy in Berlin told Izvestia about this.

It is noted that the deployment of the first systems will begin in 2027 and will be completed by the mid-2030s. Diplomats clarified that their range should be up to two kilometers. The agency's interlocutor stressed that Moscow will take such plans into account when ensuring its own security.

The diplomatic mission also indicated that Berlin is relying on close technical cooperation with Kiev, including “the transfer of Ukrainian know-how to the European and German military-industrial complex.”
