4일 직장갑질119가 진보당 정혜경 의원실을 통해 제공받은 노동위원회 자료에 따르면 2023년 1월 1일부터 지난 7월 31일까지 접수된 부당해고 사건 8만2천617건 가운데 실제 부당해고로 인정된 것은 9.5%에 불과했다.
전체 접수 건수 중 처리된 사건은 6만8천309건이었으며 그중 판정이 난 사건은 34.1%, 화해한 사건은 31.6%, 취하한 사건은 34.2%였다.
각하된 사건 1천700건 중 919건(54.1%)은 5인 미만 사업장이라는 이유로 본안 판단도 받지 못한 것으로 나타났다.
또 직장갑질119로 접수된 해고 관련 이메일 207건을 분석한 결과 '사직강요·퇴사유도형'이 115건으로 55.6%를 차지했다.
그중 폭언이나 인신공격, 따돌림, 업무배제 등 괴롭힘과 인격모독으로 퇴사를 압박한 사례는 74건(35.7%)에 달했다.
