The Taipei District Court has issued a wanted order. However, it is understood that it is still not possible to confirm whether Zhang Junjie has successfully absconded out of the country. It is not ruled out that he is still hiding in the country. The Taipei District Prosecutor's Office has led a team led by Chief Prosecutor Li Zhongren to direct the pursuit. The police and investigators have continued to trace his whereabouts. The Coast Guard has also joined the search to completely block possible escape routes.

It is understood that after the Beijing Prosecutor's Office received the news that Zhang Junjie had escaped, he quickly divided the cases into investigations. Chief Prosecutor Li Zhongren coordinated the police, investigation, coast patrol and aviation police and other judicial police agencies to trace Zhang's whereabouts, contacts and traffic routes before and after he disappeared, and to find out whether anyone else helped hide or rescue him.

Zhang Junjie was originally restricted by the court from leaving the country and overseas and was subject to technological surveillance. Currently, there is no clear evidence that he has left Taiwan. Therefore, the relevant units did not limit the pursuit outside the country. In addition to continuing to search for his possible hiding places, they also simultaneously prevented him from using fishing ports, commercial ports, ships or other abnormal channels to sneak out of the country.

It is understood that after the coast guard joins the pursuit, it will cooperate with the investigation of the movements of coastal, port and suspicious ships; the police investigation will continue to check the monitors, interview the people Zhang Junjie may have come into contact with, clarify his movement route before and after discarding the electronic bracelet, and trace whether vehicles, cash, communication equipment or hiding places have been arranged in advance.

It is reported that Zhang Junjie's eldest daughter has lived in Beijing for a long time. He also has overseas financial resources and many years of cross-strait contacts, and relevant overseas relationships are also under control. However, the investigators have not yet confirmed that he has fled to China or other regions. Therefore, the investigation is still carried out on both domestic and overseas lines to avoid missing the opportunity for arrest due to the preset escape direction.
