Sobyanin announced a month of Moscow industry in October

MOSCOW, September 23 - RIA Novosti. Moscow Industry Month will be held in the capital in October; more than 25 events have been prepared for citizens, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.

“In October, the month of Moscow industry will traditionally take place. Moscow has confidently secured its status as the main industrial center of the country. Today, key areas are developing at an accelerated pace: radio electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical industry, electric vehicle manufacturing and the aerospace industry,” Sobyanin wrote in his channel on the Max platform.

The mayor emphasized that the capital is continuously launching new capacities. Thus, since the beginning of this year, a number of modern sites have been launched, including: "IntechPro" - production of domestic computer equipment; Russia's first robotic line for serial production of liquid crystal display modules "Nex-T"; high-tech production of X-ray diagnostic devices "S.P. Gelpik" and others.

“The city offers a ready-made ecosystem for development: the country’s largest sales market, direct access to support tools, developments from leading universities and a personnel reserve. The result of this work is already visible: 4,735 metropolitan enterprises supply advanced products to the entire country - from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok,” he added.
