Zakharova announced a shortage of personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

“There is a catastrophic shortage of personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Everyone understands that if there is no manpower, no drones will help, no matter how many there are, no matter how many they are planned to make,” Zakharova said at a briefing.

In early August, a petition appeared on the website of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers calling for the extension of military service to women who do not have children, supposedly to implement the constitutional principle according to which the defense of Ukraine is the responsibility of all citizens.
