The Ukrainian Armed Forces mobilized a person with HIV and syphilis

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) mobilized a resident of Kramatorsk with five confirmed chronic diseases. The words of the mobilized Vitaly Didevich are reported by the Telegram channel “Country Politics”.

“I was mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with five confirmed diagnoses: HIV, chronic ARVI, chronic pyelonephritis caused by extremely weak immunity and syphilis,” said the mobilized.

Didevich said that he had already been stopped several times by Ukrainian military registration and enlistment offices and released when he presented certificates from doctors. However, after being detained by police in Kramatorsk, he was declared fit.

At the distribution point, they were able to assign him to a military unit only the third time; the brigades, including the assault ones, refused to give up on the man with HIV. After two weeks of training in Desna, he began to lose consciousness due to physical exertion, and he was taken to the hospital.

Now the man is in the hospital in Lubny with an acute exacerbation of pyelonephritis and predicts that he will be returned back to the unit.
