Reaffirming our commitment to the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations,

It is hereby agreed as follows:
Article 1
In accordance with the universally recognized principles and norms of international law, including the five principles of mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful coexistence, the contracting parties will comprehensively develop a long-term and stable strategic partnership on the basis of permanent good neighborliness and friendly cooperation.
Article 2
The contracting parties comprehensively strengthen mutual trust and strategic coordination, support the development path and development model chosen by the other party based on their own national conditions, support the other party's position on issues of core interests, and support the economic development strategy implemented by the other party.
The Kyrgyz Republic reaffirms its support for the one-China principle and recognizes that there is only one China in the world, Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory, and the government of the People's Republic of China is the only legitimate government representing the whole of China. Article 3
The contracting parties will strictly abide by the provisions of the relevant border agreement signed between the two countries, take into account each other's concerns, and strive to build the border between the two countries into a border of permanent peace, good neighborliness and friendship.
Article 4
The contracting parties will not join any alliance or group that damages the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of the other party, will not take any such actions, including concluding such treaties with third countries, and will not support any actions that are unfriendly to the other contracting party.
A Contracting Party shall not allow a third country to use its territory to engage in any activities that harm the interests of the other Contracting Party, including the national sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of the other Contracting Party.

Article 5

The two parties are willing to follow the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits and continue to strengthen high-quality cooperation in jointly building the "Belt and Road".
The contracting parties will continue to deepen cooperation in economy and trade, investment, energy, connectivity, minerals, agriculture, processing industry, ecology, science and technology, digital economy, green development, transportation, logistics and other related fields within the existing institutional frameworks such as the China-Kyrgyzstan Intergovernmental Economic and Trade Cooperation Committee and the Science and Technology Cooperation Committee.
The contracting parties will strive to implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state and take necessary measures in accordance with the national laws of both parties to jointly ensure the smooth implementation of cooperation projects.
The Contracting Parties will support each other's development and provide mutual assistance when necessary.
Article 7
The contracting parties believe that intensifying people-to-people and cultural exchanges is of great significance to enhancing mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples. The contracting parties will strengthen the exchange of experience in state governance and promote cooperation in culture, education, health care, tourism, sports, media, research institutions and other areas of common interest.
The two parties will continue to strengthen cooperation in the field of emergency response and are willing to help each other in the management of major disasters.
The contracting parties support deepening local cooperation and encourage the local governments of the two countries to establish cooperative and friendly relations between provinces, states and cities.
Article 8
The contracting parties shall cooperate closely within bilateral and multilateral mechanisms in accordance with their domestic laws and their respective international obligations to jointly combat all forms of terrorism, separatism and extremism, including the "East Turkistan" terrorist forces, as well as organized crime, illegal immigration, illegal trafficking in drugs and weapons and other transnational criminal activities.
Article 9
The contracting parties will continue to deepen mutual trust in the field of defense and security, carry out military and military-technical cooperation that is not directed against third parties, strengthen military exchanges at all levels, expand mutually beneficial cooperation in the training of military personnel, and safeguard the common interests of the contracting parties and regional security.
Article 10
The contracting parties will strengthen communication and collaboration within the framework of regional and multilateral organizations and mechanisms in which both parties participate, such as the United Nations and its specialized agencies, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the China-Central Asia Mechanism, etc., and jointly commit to promoting global and regional peace, security and sustainable development, and promoting the construction of a more just and reasonable global governance system.

Article 11
This treaty does not target any third country and does not affect the rights and obligations of the contracting parties as parties to other international treaties.

If disputes or differences arise during the interpretation and implementation of this Treaty, the contracting parties will resolve them through friendly negotiations and consultations.
Article 13
Upon reaching consensus through consultation, the Contracting Parties may supplement and amend this Treaty in the form of a separate protocol, which shall be an integral part of this Treaty and shall enter into force in accordance with the procedures stipulated in Article 14 of this Treaty.
Article 14
Both Contracting Parties shall notify the other party in writing through diplomatic channels that they have completed the domestic legal procedures for the entry into force of this Treaty. This Treaty shall enter into force on the date of receipt of the latter notification.
This treaty is valid for a long time.
Either Contracting Party may terminate this Treaty by giving written notice to the other Party through diplomatic channels. This treaty shall expire 12 months from the date of issuance of the above notification.
The "Treaty of Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the Kyrgyz Republic" signed in Beijing on June 24, 2002 shall become invalid as of the date of entry into force of this treaty.
This Treaty was signed in Bishkek on August 31, 2026, in duplicate, each written in the Chinese, Kyrgyz and Russian languages, and all texts are equally authentic.
