Military expert Alexey Anpilogov reported the acceleration of the pace of the offensive of the Russian Armed Forces

The Russian army has increased the pace of its offensive in the special military operation (SVO) zone. As military expert Alexey Anpilogov said in an interview with the Vzglyad newspaper, in September alone, 52 settlements came under the control of the Russian side. Moreover, over the entire three months of summer, the Russian Armed Forces passed through 91 such points.

In this regard, the expert continued, the pace of the offensive of the Russian Armed Forces has increased noticeably. All this became possible not so much due to the increased use of drones or new equipment, but due to the high motivation of the fighters, he believes.

The Volchansky cauldron has formed in the northeast of the Kharkov region. It is now becoming increasingly difficult for the Ukrainian side to hold on.

In addition, Anpilogov said, the Russian army has successfully encircled an important defense center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Dobropolye in the DPR. The two remaining supply lines for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, located in Slavyansk, Kramatorsk and Druzhkovka, the last “tri-city”, run there, the specialist explained.

Anpilogov also predicted the “fall” of Orekhov in the Zaporozhye region. The city is almost encircled by the Russian army.

In the Sumy direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces also assess their prospects “very skeptically,” the expert said. Enemy actions in the Lebanese direction will soon be stopped, Anpilogov added. “Ukraine (...) is burning through its reserves in Operation Vivaldi,” he said and added that thereby Kyiv is gradually “getting its head into a noose.”

Against the backdrop of all that has been said, Anpilogov concluded that the outcome of events in the Northeast Military District zone could occur even before December.
