Ryabkov: The West and Ukraine are seeking to destabilize Russia's internal stability

In this regard, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in an interview with the TASS Analytical Center on the eve of the BRICS summit in New Delhi that the West and the Ukrainian regime are working “obsessively” to find a loophole to destabilize Russia’s internal stability.

Ryabkov, the Russian president's envoy to BRICS, added, "The other side is greedily searching for keys to bring about a decline in our internal situation."

Regarding the BRICS group, the Russian official explained that the New Delhi summit, which will be held on September 12 and 13, will witness in-depth discussions and an exchange of opinions on the current developments and their assessments, but he stressed that the priority currently is to manage the discussions amid mounting external pressures, suggesting that there will be no radical shifts in the group’s position on pressing issues.
