New Taipei mayoral candidate Su Qiaohui of the Democratic Progressive Party and Taipei mayoral candidate Shen Boyang have gathered together to stir up the heat in the two-north mayoral election. Their first stop is today in Sanxia to attend the "Crazy Peking University Children's Street Fun" event. Friends, young and old, rushed to take photos and shake hands, and some waved slogans enthusiastically. Su Qiaohui said that the event demonstrated children's rights to play and the "95 centimeter perspective" of a friendly city, and hoped that the two sides would work together for the betterment. Shen Boyang praised the initiative of street closures and hoped that more such activities would be introduced in Taipei in the future.
The first stop of "Ocean Currents and Wisdom Gathering" came to Sanxia today to attend the "Seventh Crazy Peking University Children's Street Fun" event. Su Qiaohui pointed out in her speech that she was very happy that the first session of the New Taipei Arena of "Ocean Currents" came to Sanxia. Shen Boyang had previously taught at Sanxia Taipei University and even continued to take classes. It was particularly meaningful to bring him here. Today happens to be the seventh session of "Crazy Peking University", which has gone through 8 years (it was suspended due to the epidemic). In the past few years, she and Councilor Liao Yikun have been assisting this event together.
Su Qiaohui emphasized that making the road a paradise for children to play at specific times is a commendation of children's right to play. In his speech, Shen Boyang mentioned that Taipei University is a place he is very familiar with and he just taught at the school yesterday. Ordinary people often go for walks on campus, but the "Crazy Peking University" event closed the entire road and turned it into a play space, allowing children to get closer to the road. This is a very important initiative. There are even cases of closing highways for activities abroad.
Shen Boyang said with a smile that he saw many Taipei citizens coming with their children. He also said to Su Qiaohui, "In the future, it will be all people from New Taipei who come to Taipei to play." He affirmed that this event demonstrated local bottom-up efforts, combined with Su Qiaohui, councilors and local NGO groups, and fully demonstrated the results of in-depth cooperation between public opinion representatives and outstanding groups. He hoped that there would be more and more such child-friendly activities in Taipei City in the future.

Shen Boyang responded that he usually likes to read policies, and academic papers are updated with the latest literature every week. This is a personal interest. Crime is faced by graduate students, so everyone must read some of the latest literature first. This is natural. This is the same as municipal administration. What are the latest governance methods in other countries, and what new methods may we refer to? Domestic cities are now coming to New Taipei to communicate and cooperate with each other. This spirit is not limited to academia.
Talking about the expected number of people at the inaugural meeting of the campaign headquarters, Shen Boyang said that of course he hopes that the more people there are, the better, but he is most looking forward to the good weather to prevent rain or scorching sun from affecting the people. Su Qiaohui added that the weather is good no matter it is sunny or rainy. Just like on September 5, everyone still supported enthusiastically under the wind, rain and scorching sun, which made people feel moved by unity. She called on everyone to go to the inauguration meeting of the campaign headquarters to support Shen Boyang tomorrow.
