The fake traffic wave of the Double Ten Festival is coming. In order to welcome the crowds of people returning home and sightseeing for three days from October 9th to 11th, the Changhua County Police Department dispatched the newly established aerial photography fleet "Technology Assistance" this year. The secret weapon dispatched is the "aerial photography machine"! Through a high-altitude perspective combined with image recognition, the traffic density of important arterial roads and popular attractions can be instantly transmitted, and "joint land and air guidance" can be launched with ground police forces to crack the code of traffic jams.

The police have determined that there will be a flow of returning home and tourist traffic after get off work on October 8 and the first day of the 9th, while on the holiday on the 11th, the flow of traffic returning to work from the north will be dominated. The police have focused on deploying land and air force on National Highway 1 Changhua, Yuanlin Interchange and popular scenic spots.

In order to avoid the nightmare of traffic jams, the police have specially listed the "lazy person's bag to avoid traffic jams". The south ramp of the Puyan system of Provincial Line 76 will be closed from 5:00 to 12:00 on the 9th and 10th; the north ramp will be closed from 12:00 to 21:00 on the 10th and 11th. If you want to transfer to National Highway 1 going south, you can take Provincial Highway 76 at Puxin or Puyan Interchange to connect with County Route 148 (Yuanlu Road) to Yuanlin Interchange; if you want to go north, you can take Provincial Highway 19 or Provincial Highway 1 and connect with Central Road to Changhua Interchange.

As an alternative to National Highway 1, people in Yuanlin and Xihu can take County Route 148 and Provincial Highway 19 from Beidou Interchange to National Highway 1; in Changhua area, they can take County Route 138A (Line East Road) from Hemei Interchange to National Highway 3, or take Provincial Route 61 and West Coast Expressway.

In the Lukang Historic Area, which is crowded during holidays, traffic and pedestrian controls will be implemented around the Tianhou Temple. Visitors from other counties and cities can take Zhanglu Road after exiting the Changhua Interchange of National Highway 1, or take Provincial Route 76 and Provincial Route 61 to County Route 144 to enter Lukang. They can also use the peripheral parking lots to transfer to MOOVO shared electric bicycles for a leisurely leisurely trip.
