Public facilities have turned into graffiti drawing boards! A "No Littering" signboard set up by the city government on Baoshan Road in Changhua City was maliciously graffitied by unknown persons. The signboard was filled with indecent words such as "Pig TV" and "Pig Poop Lunch". Mayor Lin Shixian was shocked when he received the report today (5th) and rushed to the scene. He was furious and said that it not only affected the appearance of the city, but also blatantly challenged public power. He ordered the cleaning team to call the police and vowed to bring to justice the bad apples who damage public property.

In response to this egregious incident of graffiti vandalism, the Changhua City Government has quickly initiated response procedures. Municipal office personnel and the cleaning team went to the scene to take photos and collect evidence, and simultaneously reported the case and lodged a complaint with the police in the jurisdiction. The police have fully reviewed the surrounding high-definition surveillance footage, are filtering suspicious people and vehicles along the lines, and are doing their best to lock in the perpetrator's report to the case. The city office stated that after completing the certification process, it will immediately replace the sign with a new one to quickly restore the city's cleanliness.

The cleaning team pointed out that random graffiti and damage to official notice boards are suspected of damage crimes under the Criminal Code and violations of relevant environmental regulations.
