In terms of promoting the implementation of the national strategy to actively respond to the aging population, we will promote the revision of the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly, improve the protection system with the times, and effectively improve the welfare of the elderly. Promote the formulation of a senior care service law and improve a senior care service system that is hierarchical and classified, universally accessible, covering both urban and rural areas, and sustainably developed.

In terms of efforts to improve the level of social assistance work, we will coordinate and promote the establishment, reform, abolition and interpretation of relevant laws and regulations of the Social Assistance Law. Improve the rescue management system and improve the regional integration working mechanism.

In terms of efforts to improve the level of social welfare work, we will promote the revision of the "Registration Measures for Children Adopted by Chinese Citizens" and improve regulations in the field of child welfare. Promote the revision of the Law on the Protection of Disabled Persons and improve the social welfare provision and basic rights and interests protection system for disabled people.

In terms of efforts to improve the level of social affairs work, we will implement the newly revised "Marriage Registration Regulations" and "Funeral Management Regulations", speed up the formulation and revision of relevant supporting department regulations, and protect the needs of the people in accordance with the law.

In terms of efforts to improve the level of social governance work, we will implement the newly revised "Regulations on the Registration and Management of Social Groups" and the "Regulations on the Management of Foundations", accelerate the legislation of industry associations and chambers of commerce and the formulation and revision of relevant laws and regulations on the registration and management of social organizations, and continue to consolidate the legal foundation for the healthy and orderly development of social organizations.
