Al-Jazira women's team defeats Al-Qadisiyah of Saudi Arabia 98-63 in the Arab Basketball Championship

The first women's basketball team at Al-Jazira Club succeeded in achieving a broad victory over the Saudi Al-Qadisiyah team, in the match that brought together the two teams at the Sporting Club hall in Alexandria, within the Arab Women's Basketball Championship competitions.

The Egyptian team defeated its Saudi counterpart with a score of 98-63, in the match that was held between them within the framework of the fourth day’s competitions of the Arab Women’s Basketball Championship, which was hosted by the Sporting Club in its covered hall.

Al-Jazira players succeeded in imposing their style on the match from the beginning, and widening the points difference early, as the first period ended with a difference of 13 points, and Al-Jazira’s superiority continued during the match, so that the team achieved a valuable victory.

The periods were as follows:

First period: 29 - 16 for Al Jazira

Second period: 53 - 39 for Al Jazeera

Third period: 77 - 50 for Al Jazeera

Fourth period: 98 - 63 for Al Jazeera

Tomorrow, Al-Jazeera will meet the Kuwaiti team Al-Fatah, while the Al-Qadisiyah team will meet the Kuwaiti team Al-Qurain.
