Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov announced the restoration of houses damaged by UAV attacks

The task of the authorities of the Moscow region is to put in order all the houses that suffered from attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), as well as to pay attention to their residents and answer questions, said the governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov.

The Capital Repair Fund of the Moscow Region is engaged in work in 24 apartment buildings damaged by the arrival of unmanned aerial vehicles. The topic was discussed at a weekly meeting of the regional governor with the regional government and district heads.

“The topic of repairing apartment buildings is especially relevant, taking into account, among other things, the consequences of drone attacks. Our task is to put all apartment buildings and individual housing constructions in order, to pay attention to people, to answer questions. Also today we are discussing the implementation of a regional program for the overhaul of apartment buildings. We are paying attention to the updating and operation of elevator equipment. It is important that there are companies that have the resources, spare parts, to ensure regular maintenance,” the press service quotes Vorobyov as saying. regional government.

In addition, local damage is being restored by management organizations and municipal administrations.

“Yesterday, for example, the contractor completed work in house 2a on Lenin Street in Lyubertsy. We are handing it over to the management company. Decisions have been made on resettlement where necessary. The task is to complete the repairs as soon as possible and hand over the houses to the management company,” noted Dmitry Svatkovsky, deputy chairman of the Moscow region government.

Before repairs begin, all houses are inspected. In most apartment buildings, windows were damaged, ceilings were damaged in some places, and so on. The Capital Repair Fund plans to complete work at 23 sites by the end of the year.

Also within the framework of the VKS, the pace of implementation of the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings, which is being implemented in accordance with the objectives of the national project “Infrastructure for Life,” was discussed. This year, it includes 2,051 apartment buildings. As part of the overhaul, about 5.2 thousand elements are updated: internal engineering systems (2.3 thousand elements), roofs (about 1.3 thousand), facades (457), control units (537), foundations (133), basements (115) and so on.

At the moment, overhauls have been completed in more than 600 apartment buildings. Also this year, 420 elevators in apartment buildings will be replaced under the program.
