2026年2月,山东省地矿工程勘察院正式承接新疆生产建设兵团东天山“三北”工程核心攻坚区(第十三师)历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复示范工程的勘查与设计工作。该项目拟实施工程治理区122个图斑,设计修复面积1202.54公顷,覆盖第十三师新星市7个团场。

多年来,山东省地矿工程勘察院深耕水工环地质,专注矿山生态修复领域,先后4次协助地方政府成功获批中央财政支持的山水工程项目,拥有成熟的技术体系与重大项目攻坚经验。据上述项目负责人高文锋介绍,接到援疆任务后,该院迅速组建青年攻坚队伍,技术骨干跨越两千多公里奔赴东疆戈壁一线。

“内地、沿海地区降水充沛、水土条件优越,矿山修复多以植被复绿、景观提升为主;而第十三师新星市地处西北干旱荒漠区,生态本底脆弱、风沙灾害频发。”高文锋坦言,在这里,修复的核心不是“种树”“造景”,而是防风固沙、涵养水土,恢复戈壁荒漠原有的生态风貌,“如何补齐戈壁生态历史欠账,在有限水资源条件下实现最优修复成效,是我们全程反复斟酌的课题”。

困难面前,山东省地矿工程勘察院项目团队充分整合该院成熟技术,反复论证、多次调整,最终形成了一套适配干旱区低成本、可落地的技术方案。工程统筹部署地形重塑、土壤重构、植被重建、配套设施、长效养护等全链条治理举措,因地制宜、分类分区实施差异化修复,形成了干旱戈壁矿山治理可复制、可推广的经验,打下了边疆生态长效治理的技术根基。

而这个远赴新疆的攻坚队伍,平均年龄在三十岁左右。大批“90后”“95后”青年队员身处戈壁一线,用坚守诠释地质“三光荣、四特别”的精神内核。

1999年出生的梁海春是团队中最年轻的队员,在一次无人区踏勘返程时,车辆陷进沙坑,众人摸黑徒步求援才脱险。她虽惶恐想家,“但一想到我们坚持的事情有意义,就觉得一切都值得”。在项目攻坚阶段,青年队员史勇野外踏勘时脚趾骨折,但面对紧迫工期,她短暂休养后主动返岗,“跟同事们一起并肩作战才更安心”。队员江露露野外作业碰伤膝盖,后经诊察为半月板损伤,行动受限,但正值踏勘收尾阶段,她仅靠膏药止痛坚守岗位,“有这群伙伴并肩前行,自己从不觉得是孤军奋战”。

戈壁之上,不畏艰难、默默奉献的身影还有许多。驻守戈壁期间,队员们只能借助手机与亲人短暂“相聚”,将对家人的亏欠与牵挂藏进心底。在项目冲刺阶段,众人白天在戈壁荒漠排查地质隐患,深夜伏案推敲设计方案,即使条件艰苦也没有一人轻言退缩。

正是凭借不畏艰险、连续作战的作风,项目组用时不足4个月便高质量完成工作区野外调查、勘测与初步设计编制,扎实成效获得相关部门高度认可,生动展现了新时代地质工作者践行地质报国、深化鲁疆技术协作共治的担当作为。

据了解,2023年以来,山东省地矿工程勘察院依托地质援疆工作,先后选派多批业务骨干赴第十三师新星市开展技术帮扶,协助当地搭建兵团院士创新工作室,同步开展本土地质人才传帮带工作,形成技术输出、人才共育的长效协作模式。

如今,东天山脚下的废弃矿山正逐步褪去满目疮痍的旧貌,戈壁荒滩悄然孕育生态新生。未来,山东省地矿工程勘察院将持续深耕生态地质主业,以专业技术赋能生态保护与修复,以实干担当筑牢生态安全屏障。
