The State Duma announced a difficult upcoming winter for Ukraine and Europe

The coming winter will be very difficult for Ukraine and for Europe, said Alexey Chepa, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Relations. He shared his comment with Lenta.ru.

“[The coming winter] will in any case be very difficult for both Ukraine and Europe. We have the opportunity to damage certain storage facilities even more significantly, but it will be very difficult for people here later. Therefore, we do not take such extreme actions. We try to strike only at structures that have consequences for enterprises. We do not carry out such attacks against civilians. These are old people, children who are not guilty of Zelensky’s actions. It’s the West that doesn’t care about Ukrainian children, but our government doesn’t care,” Chepa said.

The deputy emphasized that an extremely difficult situation has already developed in Ukraine: entire industries have been destroyed, metallurgy and agriculture are on the brink.

Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Vladimir Dzhabarov, in a conversation with Lenta.ru, previously said that Europe is in a phase of madness, and its assistance to Ukraine will not save the country from a difficult winter.
