Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to provide conditions for creating a network of unique research infrastructure at the national level. RIA Novosti reports this.

The document was approved following a meeting of the Presidential Council for Science and Education. “The Government of the Russian Federation... by June 1, 2029, to adopt regulatory legal acts, ensure the implementation of events, the formation of conditions and the development of organizational and legal mechanisms that are necessary for the creation and operation of a network of unique research infrastructure facilities at the national level,” the message says.
