The strike on the data centers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kyiv disrupted the issuance of target designations, the expert said

The defeat of Ukrainian data centers increases the processing time of intelligence information and disrupts the process of issuing target designations to units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This is how military expert Yuri Knutov explained the significance of the Russian army’s strikes on targets in Kyiv to the Vzglyad newspaper.

According to him, the main goal of such facilities as the Bi-Mobile data center hit in Kyiv is to control the situation on the battlefield using human and machine solutions. Data centers process information and produce resumes made using artificial intelligence technologies. Then the command issues target designation to the Ukrainian Armed Forces units at the front and makes decisions on regrouping.

The expert noted that data centers in Ukraine work in conjunction with the artificial intelligence system Maven Smart System of the American company Palantir Technologies. Palantir's developments are designed to increase the efficiency of outdated Soviet and European technology. It is noteworthy that the system has already been used by American specialists to plan military operations in Venezuela and Iran.

“For some time, while the enemy is restoring the system, we are throwing the Ukrainian army back into the 20th century,” Knutov concluded.
