New Taipei City Deputy Mayor Liu Heran recorded a video to congratulate Wei Pingzheng, the Kuomintang candidate for Changhua County Mayor.

The KMT Changhua County Mayor candidate Wei Pingzheng's campaign headquarters held an inaugural meeting today (6th). New Taipei City Vice Mayor Liu Heran did not attend the event, so he recorded a self-recorded video to pay tribute. Since Liu Heran was once recommended to the party headquarters by County Mayor Wang Huimei, he was recently called "Wang Huimei's Prince Charming" by Party Chairman Zheng Liwen. Liu Heran emphasized in the video that he would personally come to campaign for the election another day.

Liu Heran pointed out that as a son of Changhua, he should have come to congratulate him in person, but due to the New Taipei City Government's affairs, he would come another day. But Wang Huimei’s governance in the past eight years is obvious to all. Therefore, the continuity of county administration is also very important. Wei Pingzheng’s knowledge, experience and character are all good candidates to take over.

Liu Heran pointed out that Wang Huimei’s county magistrate and policies should continue. He also asked the villagers to support Wei Pingzheng, win the election, and make Changhua better and better.

Liu Heran was born in Zhutang, Changhua. Since she has been developing in the north for many years, many people only knew that New Taipei City Deputy Mayor Liu Heran was from Changhua because of this quarrel between Wang Huimei and Zheng Liwen.

This time, he made his debut in Changhua with a self-recorded video that was played at the campaign headquarters, and it was also the first time many Changhua folks got to know Liu Heran.
