The cost of diesel fuel in Germany has updated a historical record

In Germany, the cost of diesel fuel updated its historical record and rose to 2,453 euros (about 237 rubles) per liter. This was reported by Bild with reference to the All-German Automobile Club (ADAC).

Thus, the previous maximum price recorded in April was exceeded by 0.6 cents. In addition, gasoline prices are rising. On Wednesday, a liter of Super E10 cost an average of 2,314 euros (224 rubles). This is the fifth consecutive record high.

To date, diesel fuel costs almost 71 cents more than the day before the start of the US-Iran war. For E10, the price increase was almost 54 cents. Thus, as the publication writes, the driver of a diesel car driving 1,400 kilometers per month and consuming 7 liters per 100 kilometers, at current prices, will pay approximately 69 euros (about 6,700 rubles) more per month than before the war.
