In order to promote the in-depth integration of leisure agriculture and local culture, the Huwei Leisure Agriculture District in New Taipei City will hold the "Land Life Festival" on October 4. The event focuses on the cross-border integration of "land, life and art", covering rural sustainable markets and parent-child art experiences. It will also cooperate with the Tamkang University Experimental Theater Troupe to create a "roofless theater" and create exclusive art works based on pastoral and natural landscape themes to lead the public to understand local agricultural characteristics, local culture and life style.

Zhang Zheyue, chairman of the Huwei Leisure Agricultural Zone Development Association, said that the Tamsui area has accumulated rich cultural heritage over the years, including poet Li Kuixian, ancient architecture scholar Li Qianlang and painter Li Yongtuo, etc., who are all deeply connected with the local area. This "Land Life Festival" hopes to transform local culture into a leisure experience that is closer to life, from agricultural markets, farm tours to parent-child art creation, so that people can not only go to the leisure area to enjoy the scenery, but also feel the connection between agriculture, culture and life through actual participation.

On the morning of the event, the Huwei Rural Sustainable Market was held, kicking off at the "Shan Zhishan Food Laboratory", gathering operators of the Huwei Leisure Agriculture Zone, local small farmers and workshops to display and sell local agricultural products and specialty products; in the afternoon, the farm tour "Wandering Zhongzhong" was launched. "Liao Hao Scenery" is different from the traditional fixed stage. The performance team directly transforms the pastoral landscape, rural life and local stories along the way into the script. By walking, watching and listening, the countryside becomes a "theater without a roof".

In addition, the "Tsui Xiaofan Valley" parent-child art experience is launched for family customers, guiding parents and children to observe the surrounding pastoral, mountain scenery and natural environment, and transform the scenery and feelings they see into exclusive creations. New Taipei City Agriculture Director Chen Xihui said that the Huwei Leisure Agricultural Zone has both agricultural production, ecological environment and humanistic characteristics. The city government adheres to the policy concept of "Agricultural Healthy City/Style", integrates agricultural, ecological and cultural resources, and develops leisure agricultural experiences with local characteristics. It is hoped that people of all ages can find suitable ways to participate and drive local agricultural product consumption.
