Accident between car and truck closes section of Via Dutra, in Barra Mansa

An accident involving a car and a truck closed a section of Via Dutra, this Friday morning (30), in Barra Mansa (RJ). The case occurred at km 295, towards São Paulo, in the district of Floriano.

According to the Federal Highway Police (PRF), the truck overturned on the road after the collision. The section is closed and the flow of vehicles continues along the shoulder. Nobody was injured.

Also according to the PRF, a heavy tow truck from CCR RioSP, the concessionaire that manages the stretch, was called to detach and free the track.

Until the publication of this report, there was no forecast for the opening of the lane and the traffic situation at the location was unknown.
