14-year-old teenager is rescued and man is arrested in Aparecida do Taboado (MS)

The man was arrested during a joint action by the PF and the Civil Police of Paraná (PCPR). The teenager was found unharmed and taken to Child Protective Services.

According to investigations, the rape would have occurred in Ribeirão Claro (PR). After the crime, the investigator took the teenager and went to a previously unknown location. The escape led to the issuing of a preventive arrest warrant against him.

Investigations carried out by the Special Due Diligence Group (GDE) of the Civil Police of Paraná, with support from the Qualified Investigations Center (NIQ) and the PF police station in Três Lagoas, showed that the two were in Aparecida do Taboado, approximately 450 km from Campo Grande.

The teams went to the municipality and located the man and the teenager. The suspect was arrested and taken to the city's Civil Police Station.

The teenager was placed under the care of the Guardianship Council, which arranged for her to be welcomed and returned to her family in Paraná.
