“灵境造物”平台,是中国科大在2026年4月25日发布的智能科研工具,该平台面向全球开放使用,这标志着“人工智能驱动的科学研究”正走向工程化、平台化和开放共享。

以往,物质科学研究长期依靠“首席科学家制”小分队独立探索,如同一座座科研孤岛。如今,“灵境造物”依托19个分布式创新设施、80个化学与材料实验平台,构筑起面向全球科研用户的统一智能入口。

目前,“灵境造物”平台已完成4轮迭代升级,补齐多任务并发编排能力,可调度上百组机器人并行开展实验;突破垂域模型关键技术,科研技能在1214项基础上持续扩充;数据底座与标准体系不断夯实,已汇聚1.17亿条科学数据、3.17TB文献数据;硬件装备基本实现国产自主可控。

“今年1月至8月,平台累计完成约5万项机器实验任务,面向全球近百家单位、580位科研及产业用户开放服务。”中国科大科学智能物质创制中心主任助理汪万东说,依托科学智能物质创制中心,“灵境造物”实现跨设施数据的汇聚打通,孤岛正在连成大陆。

“它不是替代科学家,而是科学家的科研搭档。”汪万东认为,传统科研范式已被彻底改写。“灵境造物”科研智能体在全球率先构建起“大模型大胆假设—小模型小心求证校验—机器人精准实验”的全链条体系,有效破解传统科研成本高、周期长、转化难等痛点。人工单日仅能完成一组实验,而机器一夜即可完成上百组。

大量创新成果从这套全新范式中接连涌现,已覆盖生命医药、绿色农业、能源化工、核电安全、新材料等多个赛道,钙钛矿光电器件、固态电池、碳捕集催化剂等一批项目持续迭代推进。

牛津大学博士生周振宇和中国科大博士生方天成跨校合作,依托“灵境造物”平台,仅用三周就研发出相变智冷背心。如今这批背心已经交付交警、电网、轨道运维、环卫工人等群体使用,成为高温作业人员的“随身空调”。

科研工具的革新,也重塑青年科研人才的成长路径,AI造物大赛帮助青年科研人才完成从“造梦”到“造物”的转变。

由中国科大主办的首届AI造物大赛和“灵境造物”平台同步启动,已于8月全面进入复赛阶段。依托“灵境造物”,学生不用经过漫长的实验技能培训,无需太高技能门槛就可以把脑海中的奇思妙想交给机器人验证。

重庆邮电大学研二学生李佳怡借助平台针对核电站反应堆故障预判诊断开展研究,相关成套技术已落地应用,为核电设施长效安全运行提供新型技术手段。

“现在成长起来的年轻人,是具备AI原生素养的一代人。”汪万东感慨,如今AI工具与青年科研者相互成就,学生不再只是动手做实验,而是发散思维、跨学科创新、问题拆解与数据分析研判。

同时,平台也为高校教师拓宽创新边界。全国各地的老师都可以云端调用这套自动化实验设施,异地开展课题合作,多维度实验数据汇聚迭代,持续优化垂类模型,大幅提升物质解析与科研攻关效率。

“底层科学逻辑没变,但科研的工业化时代正在到来。”汪万东说。一场由AI掀起的科研范式变革,正在这片实验室里持续发生。
