The Mainland Affairs Council released a weekly report on the safety of Chinese people traveling to China, Hong Kong and Macao. From January 1, 2013 to September 4, 2015, 431 Chinese people went missing, were detained for questioning, or were suspected of having their personal freedom restricted, of which 5 new people were lost.
