报告注意到，财务领域AI显著优势在于提升判断能力。在关键财务指标提升上，部署了代理式AI的企业实现了显著增长，其中预测准确性和投资回报率的提升比例尤为明显。

“当前，财务领域AI的作用已发生根本性转变，AI为决策引擎，而非成本杠杆。”毕马威中国金融行业研究中心主管合伙人李砾分析说，企业竞争优势已不再取决于是否应用AI，而在于应用AI的运营模式。

报告亦指出，治理通常被认为有碍AI的推广应用，然而数据显示这与事实相反。拥有更强效控制机制的企业在应用AI方面表现更佳，且在大规模应用AI方面能够获得更多信任。

调研表明，能够持续高效提供AI相关审计证据(即具备验证能力)的企业，其AI应用取得显著成果的速度是其他企业的三到六倍。

此外，人工监督依旧不可或缺，33%的受访企业正通过人机协同增强监督，以确保AI工作流程产生更可靠的结果。

报告提醒，企业必须将治理、控制、成效检验和人工监督嵌入到AI驱动的财务流程之中，通过建立可审计性、可解释性来构建信任，这不仅是满足合规要求，更是实现AI大规模应用的前提。(完)
