駱奕帆老師指出,這幾名學生經過近一年的研發,才成功製作出耐水的「雙層鎖碳」盆穴或小花盆,這種花盆適合用培養土種植小苗,因花盆耐水,因此可為植入的小苗澆水,小苗要換盆時,可直接將「Double Lock雙層鎖碳」花盆放進較大的花盆,這個小盆就會慢慢分解,不會變成另一個廢棄物。
駱奕帆說,焚燒農業廢棄物產生的環境污染嚴重,是國際間重視且力圖解決的問題,暨大附中的學生腦力激盪下才有了這項新作品,是繼去年利用海洋廢棄物研發環保紙袋獲金牌後,又一項可工業化生產的作品。
