NEWS CENTER - AK Party Deputy Chairman Hüseyin Yayman, who made evaluations on the agenda with the start of the new legislative year of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, made statements about the fund investigation. Recalling President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's messages on the issue, Yayman said that the necessary steps will be taken.

The statements of AK Party Deputy Chairman Hüseyin Yayman are as follows;
"May the new legislative year of the National Assembly be auspicious for all of us. Hopefully, the Grand National Assembly of Turkey will continue its work with our nation in the new legislative period. It will follow the agenda of the nation and take important steps towards solving it.
Our President actually said everything necessary at the Provincial Heads Meeting. "We will go all the way to the end of this issue," he said. And people who are devoted to the AK Party should be reassured that we will never allow a party whose name is AK to be polluted and cause controversy, he said. "We will see this as a means of cleansing," he said. "We will never disappoint the people who wet their prayer rugs with tears," he said. Therefore, as the AK Party, our stance on this issue is clear. Here, anyone who acts outside the values of the nation and touches the property of the nation will be dealt with accordingly. Our President's attitude is clear. The stance of our party's decision-making bodies is clear. Therefore, necessary steps have immediately begun to be taken to prevent grievances here.
The commission formed under the chairmanship of our Vice President, Mr. Cevdet Yılmaz, has started its work. And as I said, after this sentence, there is no need to say much. AK Party will address this issue no matter where it leads. The mentality of breaking the arm and keeping it in the sleeve will never work, and our AK Party will take every necessary step here. May our nation be relieved. We will never shake their faith, their trust, their trust in the AK Party. Our President will not be shaken, and therefore we will take every step to turn this into an opportunity for the second 25 years of the AK Party and to move the AK Party into the new era in a fitter and clearer manner.
CAN LEGAL STEPS BE TAKEN?
A job has a legal dimension and a legal dimension. State institutions have already started working on this. The State Supervisory Board started working. The economic bureaucracy has started working under the chairmanship of our Vice President, and the next steps to be taken are already being evaluated. But the most important issue is its political and social steps. As I said, the AK Party's stance is clear. Our President's stance is clear. We never accept the mentality that the arm breaks and remains in the sleeve. Will an investigation commission be established? Once the Research Commission and the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye are opened, they can be looked at and evaluated. But regarding this, whether there is a need to establish a commission or not, we will see this in the coming days. Right now we are talking aphaki. What is important here is a matter of political will and determination. This is the case in every matter. The AK Party, as the People's Alliance and as the government, has clear political will and determination. It will end wherever it leads, and our party will do what is necessary against those who seize the nation's property and those who contradict the nation's values.

I had a classic sentence every time this issue was discussed. The copyright issue has turned into a national security issue. The issue of digitalization has become a national security issue. And at this point we need to state this very clearly. Legal regulations definitely need to be made. First, the transparency of the algorithms, the fact that the algorithms must be auditable, and the algorithms must operate in a fair and democratic manner are very, very important and valuable.
