Armed attack on kindergarten in Ankara: 5 suspects arrested

The incident took place on October 6, around 02.45, in Şeker Mahallesi 1407. Caddesi, Etimesgut district. A gun was opened at a private kindergarten at night when it was closed. The staff who came to the school in the morning noticed that 4 bullets hit the door. Upon notification, the teams found 2 empty cartridges with a diameter of 9x19 millimeters at the scene.

CAMERA IMAGES WERE EXAMINED

In order to shed light on the incident, Ankara Police Department Public Order Branch Directorate Extortion Bureau teams started working. Camera footage of before and after the incident, as well as vehicle movements and routes, were examined. As a result of field studies, the identities of the suspects who carried out the attack and their connection with the vehicle and weapon used in the incident were determined.

SUSPECTS WERE CAUGHT THROUGH OPERATION

During the investigation, B.T., who fired a gun, H.D., who was driving the vehicle during the incident, and M.A.K., who was in the vehicle, were identified. and G.Ç., who are considered to be instigators. and S.M. caught. During the operation, the gun used in the incident was also seized on the roof of a house. 5 suspects, who were referred to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station, were arrested and sent to prison.
