While 11 of the defendants were also accused of "being a member of an armed criminal organization", R.E. 'Instigation', H.K.A. It was noted that these structures directed young people to armed actions with the promise of money and luxurious life through virtual media and internet-based communication applications, and demanded extortion from business people and operators through threats.

It was claimed that the armed attack was carried out on the instructions of the leader of a criminal organization abroad. According to the indictment; E.K. went to the car dealership on the day of the attack. It was stated that E.K., who arrived at the workplace, used a hood, hat and a scarf that covered his face in order to avoid being recognized. It was recorded that the suspect fired a total of 2 shots, including the electric vehicle charging station at the entrance of the workplace and the showcase glass, with an unlicensed gun, and as a result of the attack, damage occurred to the charging station and the glass. It was also included in the indictment that E.K. said threatening words during the attack and recorded the action with the mobile phone in his other hand. It was stated that the suspect ran away from the scene after opening fire, took off his clothes on the escape route, and then went into the forest and was caught.
