Tal y como informó el pasado martes este periódico, el Ministerio Público aprecia indicios delictivos en la actuación de Ferraz pero descartaba solicitar la imputación del partido en periodo electoral, lo que otorga cierto blindaje al PSOE.

Entre otras cuestiones porque en este procedimiento aún no se ha tomado declaración en calidad de investigados ni a Santos Cerdán ni a la denominada fontanera del PSOE, Leire Díez, dos de los cabecillas de la presunta organización criminal.
