Apple's Smart Glasses and New Generation Vision Pro Plans

Smart Glasses Projects and New Concepts

It is estimated that the glasses Apple is working on will have a structure similar to the models offered by Meta in cooperation with Ray-Ban. While these devices are planned to be equipped with sound, camera and various smart features, it is stated that they will not include a screen in the first stage.

In later versions, it is aimed to add a screen component to the devices. Apple's work in this field is not limited to glasses only.

Company management prefers the all-in-one structure for a lighter and more cost-effective design. While implementing this design change, making the device lighter stands out as an important engineering challenge.

The future of the project is not yet certain, and some sources state that the work is currently on life support. If the development process is completed successfully, the next generation title is expected to be released in late 2028 or early 2029.
