Export-Import Bank-aT, K-Food export and overseas expansion promotion business agreement

▲ The Export-Import Bank of Korea announced on the 21st that it signed a ‘business agreement to promote K-food exports and overseas expansion’ with the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation (aT) at its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul on the 19th.

Through the agreement, K-food companies in need of export financing will be identified and financial support will be provided, and aT's local distribution network development project will be linked with Mercury's sublease financing to support the establishment of K-food companies in emerging markets such as Central Asia and Central and South America.

Hwang Ki-yeon, head of the Korea Eximbank Bank, said, “We will discover promising small and medium-sized and local export companies and quickly resolve export difficulties to create an agricultural, fisheries and food export ecosystem where large corporations and partners grow together.”
