Fraud warning from Ata Demirer to his followers: 'Do not trust!'

Famous comedian Ata Demirer, in his statement on his social media account, called on his followers to be careful against fraudsters who use his and his family's names and demand money under the name of loan or aid.

The famous artist, who took action after adding a new phone scam to the increasing number of phone scams lately, warned the public against people asking for money by saying they were introducing himself, his brother or family relatives.

"REPORT SUSPICIOUS SITUATIONS TO THE SECURITY"

Publishing a warning message on his social media account, Ata Demirer asked his followers to contact law enforcement immediately if they encounter such suspicious situations. Demirer used the following statements in his post:

"Do not pay attention to any person on the phone who introduces himself as Ata Demirer or my brother Cenk Demirer, or who claims to be a relative of our family and asks for a loan, urgent cash, support, etc., and report the caller's number to the necessary security units."

It was learned that the judicial process and security investigations regarding the incident were followed.
