Breakup argument ended with death: He killed his lover and ended his life with the same gun

The incident took place in the bungalow in Değirmencili District in the morning. İsmail Yurtseven went to the bungalow where his girlfriend Latife Mengüç and her brother Ş.M., who wanted to break up with him after an argument, were located.

During the ongoing argument here, Yurtseven shot first Latife Mengüç and then himself with a gun. Upon notice, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the address. Under the control of the medical team, it was determined that Mengüç and Yurtseven died.

After examination, the bodies were taken to Samsun Forensic Medicine Group Directorate for autopsy. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
