甘作腐草育花朵 于山海之间播撒理想种子
宕昌连绵群山之间,岷江河谷的风掠过教室窗台,冯天怡站在高一地理课堂的讲台上,把眼前的山河当作鲜活教具,为大山里的孩子打开眺望世界的窗口。
作为天津大学第27届研支团甘肃分团成员,初到宕昌二中,她曾面对学生看不懂经纬网、畏惧等高线地图的困境。大山阻隔了孩子们对远方的认知,对他们来说,大海、平原、洋流、城市区位、大气环流,都只是课本上冰冷的图片和文字。
于是,冯天怡改变教学方式,不再照本宣科,而是试着把课本知识融进他们的生活里:讲流水地貌,她让大家望向窗外的岷江河谷;讲农业区位,她和学生们聊本地的中药材、花椒和核桃。“我们脚下的这片大山,本身就是最好的地理考题。”冯天怡对孩子们说。

聚焦中药智能制造这一关键领域,薛启隆在读期间,潜心钻研、精益求精,构建起中药智能制药的创新理论体系。多篇高水平SCI论文、多项落地专利,三次斩获研究生国家奖学金,是他沉心钻研交出的答卷。但他不愿科研只停留在纸面上,自2020年起,便深入华润三九、津药达仁堂、红日药业等十余家中医药企业驻厂攻关,直面产业真实痛点。
节约蒸汽超20%、人力成本节约超60%……他参与研制的国内首套中药提取过程微沸控制机器人,助力多款知名中成药完成技术升级改造。“看到自己参与研发的成果从实验室走向生产线,让我更加确信,科研只有回应产业真实需求,才能体现更大的价值。”薛启隆说道。
同时,他还投身国家重大科研项目,参与行业数字化转型文件编制;走出实验室开展科普讲座,为中小学生播撒中医药文化种子,累计志愿服务时长超400小时。“科研和科普对我来说,其实都是一种‘转化’。科研是把理论转化为解决实际问题的能力,科普则是把专业知识转化为更多人能够理解和接受的内容。”薛启隆表示,“未来,我既希望让自己的专业所长服务产业发展,也希望让更多年轻人了解中医药、关注中医药。”
将个人理想融入国家战略,薛启隆坚持产学研一体化,把论文书写在产业大地上,以青年科研力量,为中医药产业高质量发展注入源源不竭的青春动能。

人工智能教育科普基地里设备错落,双创竞赛备赛现场灯火通明,天津科技大学人工智能学院教授王嫄穿梭在学生中间。既是科研攻关的研究者,也是陪伴学生成长的引路人,她以热爱践行师者使命,用点点微光照亮学子前行的道路。
“努力做一名‘党建+学术+双创’三强三引领的教师”,这是王嫄始终坚守的奋斗目标。工作中,她秉持“参与即教育、过程即培养”的育人理念,全方位陪伴学生成长成才。无论是论文撰写、专利申报到创新创业大赛备赛的硬实践,还是压力管理、自我认知、团队共情的软实力,她耐心陪伴学生一路成长。
“我珍惜和每一位学生相遇的缘分,同学们信任我,我便愿意扶上马、送一程。” 王嫄如是说。即便身怀六甲,她依旧带队走访企业、对接需求、实地测试产品,无数个深夜伏案指导项目攻坚。在她的悉心带领下,学生团队斩获中国国际大学生创新大赛、“挑战杯” 等数十项国家级赛事荣誉,助力两家科技型企业成功孵化,一批学生顺利保研、赴海外继续深造。
