Investigators are checking information about improper provision of medical care to a participant in the SVO in Essentuki, reported the RF SUSK for the Stavropol Territory.

Earlier, the local publication "KMV RU" published material with reference to the relatives of a SVO participant, who stated that the Essentuki hospital twice refused to admit a man with a double stroke.

“On this fact, in the investigative department for the city of Essentuki of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Stavropol Territory, a procedural check was immediately organized on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Article 124 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (failure to provide assistance to a patient),” the department reported in its Telegram channel.

According to the Investigative Committee, investigators are establishing all the circumstances of the incident, the progress and results of the investigation are under the control of the regional department.
