All-cargo air cargo route from Hefei to Qingdao officially opened

China News Service, Hefei, October 3 (Reporter Zhao Qiang) An all-cargo flight from Hefei to Qingdao operated by Shandong Airlines took off from Hefei Xinqiao International Airport on the 3rd, marking the official opening of the all-cargo air cargo route from Hefei to Qingdao, adding another air-to-sea channel for "Intelligent Manufacturing in Hefei".

According to reports, the route carries about 40 tons in a single round trip, and it is planned to operate 1 to 2 flights per day. The launch of the route will further strengthen the hub function of Hefei International Air Cargo Distribution Center and promote the industrial linkage and coordinated development of foreign trade in Anhui and Shandong provinces.

Hefei is an international air cargo distribution center planned by the state. This new route is promoted by Hefei Aviation Investment Company and closely follows the construction of the local "654X" modern industrial system, focusing on ensuring the efficient circulation of high value-added products such as integrated circuits, auto parts, and cross-border e-commerce.

It is reported that relying on the mature Japanese and Korean all-cargo aircraft network at Qingdao Jiaodong Airport, this domestic freight trunk line has established a "domestic trunk line + international export" intermodal transport channel. Hefei's local goods can be quickly transferred to Japan and South Korea via Qingdao, filling the shortcomings of Hefei's direct flights to Japan and South Korea, and broadening Anhui's foreign trade enterprises' overseas channels.
