朱忠明表示，本次会议聚焦“促进上海服务业创新发展”主题，形成了一批务实管用的咨询成果。国际企业家们围绕新消费、新模式、新融合、新场景等四个专题，分享了许多富有价值的深刻见解，提出了大量中肯且很有前瞻性的对策建议。“我们将努力把这些全球智慧，转化为推进服务业扩能提质的‘上海方案’。”
