有人为“倾诉”付费

居住在广东的庞女士第一次购买倾听服务,是在去年做毕业设计期间。当时,她和队友沟通不顺,项目推进受阻,对方的指责让她连续好几周陷入自我怀疑之中。

事实上,庞女士并不缺少倾诉对象。她身边有要好的朋友,但烦心事不断涌现,朋友很难随时抽出时间听她诉说,而专业心理咨询服务需要提前预约。一次偶然,她在社交平台上刷到一家提供倾听服务的平台,感觉“像是抓住了救命稻草”。当天深夜,她一共下单90分钟,中途续单两次,把积压了数周的委屈全部倾诉了出来。

“聊生活,聊八卦,聊情感,聊工作”“只要一杯奶茶钱,还你快乐心情一整天”……记者在多个平台以“倾听师”“秒回师”为关键词搜索,不少类似的服务信息跳了出来。这类服务描述直白,大多按小时收费,重点承诺“约定时间内持续在线秒回”。

“80后”明月(化名)曾从事过教育行业,如今兼职做“倾听师”。“我的客户以中年人为主,他们付费倾诉的多是夫妻关系、亲子关系、职场困惑。其实很多人并没有心理问题,只是压抑、空虚、有苦没处说。”在明月看来,自己处理的并非病理性心理障碍,而是现代人普遍面临的情绪困境。

陈欣接触的客户则以20岁左右的年轻人为主,学业压力、原生家庭矛盾、人际关系困扰和失恋是最常出现的话题。“有的人因为与父母长期缺乏沟通而感到压抑,有的人因为考试失利陷入自我否定,也有的人单纯是身边找不到可以倾诉的对象。”

需求真实存在,但这份工作并非人人都能胜任。多名从业者告诉记者,真正入行后才发现,实际工作远比想象中复杂。

辽宁的沈女士曾短暂参与某平台的“倾听师”项目。一开始,她觉得自己平时擅长听朋友倾诉,身边人也都说她共情能力强,做好这份工作应该不难。可等真正对接客户,她很快发现理想和现实差距很大。“跟朋友聊天还好,但面对陌生人我就会手足无措。短短几句话,我要琢磨很久,回复后还会纠结自己说的话有没有用,精神上特别内耗。”尝试几次之后,沈女士便放弃了这份兼职。

从业者大多无资质

近年来,情绪消费市场规模快速扩大。根据某调研机构发布的《2025—2029年中国情绪经济消费趋势洞察报告》,2025年中国情绪经济市场规模达2.7万亿元,预计2029年将达4.6万亿元,呈现快速增长态势。

诸如“秒回师”“倾听师”等相关业态,正是在这样的土壤中生长起来的。

采访中,不少从业者都思考过:客户购买的到底是什么?

“一开始我以为这份工作只是陪人聊天。”明月接了订单之后才发现并非如此,想要长期从事这份工作并把它做好,还需要学习心理咨询相关的专业知识。

在河南郑州从事相关工作的36岁孙女士认为,这份工作处在专业心理咨询与普通情感倾诉之间的“一道缝隙”里。有心理咨询需求的人,有时无法每天预约面诊。“我现在做的,就是填补这个空隙,帮人们找到一个情绪宣泄的出口。”

但记者采访发现,这道“缝隙”的尺度与服务边界,在实际操作中很难界定。实践中,相关从业者大多不需要任何专业资质即可“接单”。记者线上联系“秒回师”“倾听师”时,对方都明确表示,不提供心理治疗服务。

“从心理学专业角度看,‘秒回师’‘倾听师’提供的核心服务是情绪共情和陪伴性回应,这与心理咨询有本质区别。”首都医科大学医学心理学系副教授张辉向记者解释,心理咨询建立在系统的评估框架、干预技术和伦理守则之上,目的是促进来访者的认知、情感和行为改变;情绪陪伴服务则更接近日常社会支持,不涉及诊断、评估或治疗意图。

张辉同时指出,正因为这类服务在形式上使用了“倾听”“共情”等词汇,容易让消费者产生“专业感”的误解。“从业者宣称‘我不是心理咨询’,实质上是在模糊专业边界,既想借用心理学的专业信任吸引用户,又不愿承担相应的专业责任。”张辉认为,如果不提供专业干预,就不应使用心理学专业术语;如果使用了,就应当接受专业伦理约束。

张辉说,2017年心理咨询师国家职业资格认证取消后,资质认证的“真空”让大量无心理学背景的人涌入。“这不仅是专业伦理问题,也涉及法律问题。没有接受过系统训练和督导的从业者,很难判断自己是否越界,也难以充分保护自身和服务对象。”

边界模糊的另一面,是从业者自身的困境。

一位女性“倾听师”告诉记者,她曾收到过客户带有性暗示的信息。当时她担心直接拒绝会显得无法接纳对方,没有及时终止对话,事后才意识到这已经属于骚扰。还有从业者这样描述职业倦怠:“感觉像是把自己献祭出去承接别人的情绪。别人的负面情绪朝我涌过来,我需要不断掏空自己,很消耗能量。”

张辉分析:“那位不敢拒绝性暗示的从业者,恰恰说明行业在职业伦理教育和边界意识培训上存在明显缺位。从业者不知道自己的‘职业边界’在哪里,也不清楚心理咨询中的‘无条件接纳’并不包括越界行为。”张辉建议,在制度层面可以确立“情绪劳动”的职业安全标准;从心理学角度看,更应推行强制性岗前伦理培训,并配套定期的心理支持机制,例如由平台为从业者提供匿名倾诉渠道和危机转介流程。

法律兜底伦理指引

值得注意的是,围绕情绪经济的政策框架正逐步搭建。2026年1月,国务院办公厅印发《加快培育服务消费新增长点工作方案》明确提出,“支持建设若干消费带动作用强的情绪式、体验式服务消费新场景”,并支持相关新职业纳入国家职业分类体系。

受访专家认为,付费购买“倾听”作为新型消费模式,消费者的合法权益需要得到重视。

长期研究消费者权益保护问题的京都律师事务所律师翁小平指出,处于情绪低谷的消费者购买倾听服务后,其倾诉内容受隐私保护;从业者泄露客户隐私的,消费者应获得相应法律救济。此外,如果从业者因缺乏专业训练,对处于心理危机中的消费者作出不当回应(如错误建议、强行干预),由此产生的损害,应根据具体情况由从业者个人、平台承担相应法律责任。

针对这一新兴业态,张辉建议采取分级分类管理:纯情感陪伴类服务,可按一般商业服务(社交服务)管理;当服务内容涉及情绪评估、危机识别或行为干预时,则应纳入心理健康服务的监管范畴,从业者至少需要掌握基础心理学知识,具备危机转介意识。

张辉提到,监管不必立刻设置过高准入门槛,但一定要划定清晰红线。相关部门可以协同制定一份禁止行为清单,严禁从业者暗示自身提供“心理治疗”服务;未经专业训练的人员不得自行承接“自杀”“自伤”等高风险议题的倾诉,应即时启动危机转介。心理学界、相关行业协会应主动参与制定专业伦理规范,帮助从业者形成可持续的执业方式并做好职业防护,也让消费者了解自己买到的究竟是“倾听”还是“治疗”。“依靠法律兜底、伦理指引,新业态才能实现长远发展。”

采访过程中,记者几乎都是在深夜收到从业者的回复,因为这通常才是他们的工作时间——当大多数人准备入睡时,正是另外一些人最需要被听见的时候。当下,“付费买一个人在线”,成为这些人在脆弱时刻的务实选择。

但越是真实的需求,越需要清醒的审视。这个行业最微妙的地方,在于它售卖的不是标准化的商品,而是人与人之间最柔软的情感连接。连接一旦建立,边界就变得至关重要——从业者何时该倾听、何时该转介、何时该说“不”;消费者买到的是陪伴还是依赖、是宣泄还是误导。这些问题没有现成答案,却直接关乎双方权益与安全。

从法治视角来看,任何新兴业态的成长都伴随着规则的空白。情绪陪伴也不例外:资质谁来认定、服务标准谁来制定、隐私泄露和不当干预的责任如何划分、平台与从业者的义务边界在哪里……如何在“放”与“管”之间找到平衡,既保护消费者和从业者,又给合理的情感陪伴渠道开辟一条新的道路,其中相当考验治理的精细化水平。

在物质日益丰裕的今天,“被听见”仍然是一种稀缺品。但愿这个行业在规范中成长,也期待有一天,每个人在需要倾诉的时候,都能找到安全又可靠的出口。
