Bcons launched the Bcons Central Park apartment project with a scale of 2.7 hectares in Dong Nai

The Bcons Central Park project has a scale of about 2.7 hectares, including 2,820 apartments in Tam Hiep ward, Dong Nai city, and was just introduced by the business at the kick-off ceremony, September 4.

Bcons Group held a kick-off ceremony for the Bcons Central Park project at Golden Palace Bien Hoa, with the participation of nearly 1,500 sales personnel from Bcons Homes, Bcons PS Land, Teraland and Sao Kim Land.

This is the first project Bcons implemented in Dong Nai. The event introduced information about planning, products, business policies and project implementation plans to distribution units.

Bcons Central Park is located in Tam Hiep ward, Dong Nai city, on an area of ​​about 2.7 hectares, including 2,820 apartments. The project targets a group of customers with real housing needs in the Bien Hoa area and neighboring areas.

The project is developed with about 7,730 m2 of green area, combining walking paths, swimming pools and outdoor living spaces. The internal utility system includes more than 60 items, focusing on the needs of education, exercise, entertainment, relaxation and community activities.

At the kick-off ceremony, Bcons also signed agreements with Japanese partners, banks and four project distribution units. According to the business, the coordination between the parties aims to seamlessly deploy development, finance, distribution and customer consulting activities during the process of bringing products to market.

A representative of Teraland, one of four project distribution units, said it will focus on providing transparent information and supporting customers in the process of researching and choosing products.

Bcons Central Park is a step to expand Bcons' operations to the Dong Nai market, after developing projects in Ho Chi Minh City and the former Binh Duong. According to the business, the choice of Bien Hoa is in the direction of expanding the project portfolio in fast-growing urban areas. Enterprises assess that housing demand in Bien Hoa has great potential as the population size and urbanization rate continue to increase, and Dong Nai has just become a centrally run city.
